Very rough recipe instructions
Basically, heat five gallons water to 162ºF, add wet yeast, stir well, add dry yeast, stir well, let cook for 20 mins, put grains in muslin bag and add to pot for 25 mins, pour pot through filter into carboy(big jug), immediately chill down to 65ºF, add yeast, add fermentation lock to carboy top, wait 1-3 weeks for burping to cease.
